Andy Malone was born and raised in Fairhope. He attended the Fairhope Public School system and graduated from Fairhope High School in May 1992. Andy began college in September of 1992 and graduated from Auburn University in August of 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Economics. While at Auburn, he was a member of the Economic Honors Fraternity (Omicron Delta Epsilon), as well as FMA's (Financial Management Association) National Honor Society. Soon after graduating from Auburn, Andy was recruited by Farmers Insurance and immediately entered their training program. After completing the first stage of training classes and obtaining his state licenses, Andy opened Malone Insurance Agency. His first policy went into effect February 1, 1997. Andy enjoys going to Church, spending time with family, hunting, fishing, outdoor sports, and following Auburn athletics. He lives in Fairhope with his wife, Melanie, a graduate of Troy State University, and their five children: Sam, John, Jack, Drew, and Molly.  

Matt Malone was born and raised in Fairhope, Al. He is a graduate of Fairhope High School and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Auburn University. Matt has been partner of the Malone Agency with his brother Andy since 1998. He is a fully licensed life/health and property/casualty insurance agent. Matt resides in Fairhope with his wife Nichole and their three children: Ben, Riley, and Sadie. He is an avid hunter and when that hobby is not in its prime, he also enjoys fishing, spending time with friends and family, and Auburn athletics.

Jeff grew up in Birmingham, AL. He is a graduate of Auburn University.  He is a fully licensed life/health and property/casualty insurance agent.  He has been with Farmers since 2010 and joined the Malone agency in 2020.  Jeff and his wife Juliet live in Fairhope, AL with their 4 boys and 3 girls.  He spends most of his free time coaching youth sports (football, baseball, and basketball).

Holly grew up in Summerdale and graduated from Foley High School in 1996.  She then attended the University of Alabama before getting married and becoming a mother of two.  She worked part time before joining the Malone Agency in 2010 and is a fully licensed life/health/property/casualty agent.  Holly spends her free time at church, with family, and at the ball park

Jeremy was born and raised in Fairhope, Alabama where he still resides. He attended the Fairhope school system and graduated in 1996. Jeremy retired from the City of Fairhope after 25 years of service and joined his wife, Holly, at Malone Insurance Agency in July 2023. He is a fully licensed life/health/property/casualty agent with AHIP certification. Jeremy and Holly have 2 children and spend their free time at church and the ball park. 

Cheryl attended high school at Fairhope High for two years and finished at Theodore high school in Alabama. She then attended the University of South Alabama for a year and finished her college education at the 20th Century Business College in 1977. Cheryl joined Malone Insurance Agency in April of 2010. She is currently licensed with the State of Alabama Department of Insurance and she holds a Property and Casualty and Life and Health Insurance license. She is married to Malcolm Nelson. Cheryl enjoys watching football. Cheryl is an active member of the Eastern Shore Baptist church in Daphne, Alabama and enjoys spending time with her family.

Gretchen grew up in Dallas, Texas. She attended Colorado State University. She married her husband, Kyle, after college and stayed at home for many years with her children, Jack and Molly. They moved to Fairhope in the summer of 2021 for Kyle to become the senior pastor of Eastern Shore Presbyterian Church. Gretchen is a fully licensed life/health/property/casualty agent. She spends her free time with family, running, and getting to know the Eastern shore area.

 Andy was born and raised in Fairhope, Alabama. He is a graduate of Auburn University and is a licensed Life/Health and Property/Casualty insurance agent. He resides in Fairhope with his wife Tiffany and their three sons. He joined Malone Agency in the Summer of 2021. Andy is a member of 3 Circle Church and loves spending time with his family at the ballpark.

Michael Werneth grew up on the Eastern Shore and graduated from Daphne High School in 1992. He received a baseball scholarship to George Wallace College and then attended Troy University, where he met his wife, Jennifer. He joined Malone Insurance in 2002, and is a fully licensed life/health and property/casualty insurance agent. Michael attends Mars Hill Church in Fairhope and enjoys spending time with his family at Fish River, fishing, hunting, and watching Alabama football. He and Jennifer live in Fairhope with their three children, Luke, Leah, and Laney. 

Raised in North Alabama, I began my career managing a medical office before moving to the Gulf Coast in 2010. After earning my insurance license in 2011, I became fully licensed in life, health, property, and casualty insurance. I’m passionate about helping people protect what matters most and providing guidance they can trust. I joined Malone Insurance Agency in 2025. 

I live in Fairhope with my husband, Paul, and our two dogs. We’re blessed with three children and three grandchildren. Outside of work, we enjoy traveling and attending St. Lawrence Catholic Church.

Chesley is a native of Baldwin County. She loves living on the Gulf Coast because of its small-town atmosphere, Southern charm and hospitality. In her spare time, she's actively involved in giving back to the community and enjoys the rewarding feeling of helping others. She's been an active member of the Junior League of Mobile for five years, is an aunt to a beautiful niece and nephew, and avid believer that we should all 'toss kindness around like confetti'. Faith, family and friendships are all important staples in her life. 

Originally from Huntsville, I moved to Gulf Shores in 2010 with my mom and my brother. Growing up, I played softball and was involved in chorus before moving to Fairhope in 2015 and graduating from Fairhope High School in 2021.I recently started at Malone Insurance Agency. I'm currently working towards earning my insurance license and building a career helping people protect what matters most.
